Shipping policy

We offer worldwide free shipping on all orders over €250.

We usually ship your order the same or next business day. Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder, or email us. 

Deliveries are sent during standard business hours Monday to Friday, purchases made on weekends and public holiday will be processed the next business day. We despatch from The Netherlands. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email. During busy periods there may be delays with order processing and dispatch. Please keep in mind that we're a business operated by 2 women only. We're grateful for your purchase and doing a happy dance for every order. ♪

If you haven’t received your order within 11 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@dandelie.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We are not responsible for delays once we dispatched your order to our carrier. But we will try our uttermost best to get the parcel as fast as possible delivered!

Customs / Import Duties and Taxes

All taxes are included when purchasing within the European Union. However shipping outside the European Union does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Dandelie is legally required to declare the full Euro value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
