Cutting and moulding the leather by hand, embroidering or piercing each motif that marks its essence, bringing together all its elements and giving each boot its own identity: the production process of each boot is made up of 250 steps, among them the so-called "Goodyear Stitching", which is a key element in the assembly process and creates the characteristic resistance joint.
The Goodyear system consists of a double stitch that joins the foot to the sole: an internal stitch holds the upper leather to the inner sole and the welt, while an internal stitch fastens the welt to the sole.
